Step 1 Draw this clown's hat, a very small one.

Step 2 Draw a flower on this hat. Then add a line to the left of this flower.

Step 3 Go past that brim and draw a circle for this clown's head.

Step 4 Draw hair on the left side of the head and add an ear.

Step 5 Draw hair on the right side of the head and add an ear.

Step 6 Draw large oval eyes and then eyebrows on this clown's face.

Step 7 Draw three circles for the nose and cheeks. Then draw this clown's big mouth.
