The lemur is the most primitive monkey. Its body shape, arms and legs are like a monkey's, but its mouth and face are like that of a fox and a dog.
A good day for a lemur begins with a huddle with its buddies to bask in the sun on their bellies. When the sun rises to a certain height, the lemurs face the sun, stretch out their limbs and bask in the warmth.
Lemurs feed on fruit and no longer care about anything but their family. They are gentle and clean-loving, and groom their fur with their paws every day.
Lemurs owe their survival to their isolated living conditions on the island of Madagascar. The lack of dangerous enemies allows them to thrive.
In today's drawing tutorial, we are going to learn how to draw a lemur. It is pointing forward with one hand and seems to be sharing some interesting information with its family and friends.
We will start by drawing the head of this lemur, followed by its arms and chest, and finish with its body, legs and tail. You should note that the lemur has a long tail, equal to or longer than the body length!
