In the rainforests of Central and South America, there is a group of birds that like to move in flocks, have brightly colored feathers, and often fly with ear-splitting screeching noises.
They are macaws. They are among the most beautifully colored and largest parrots. Macaws communicate, mark territories and recognize each other by making sounds. Some are even able to mimic human speech.
Macaws have another skill - they do not get poisoned. Their diet consists of many fruits and flowers, including many poisonous species, but they are not poisoned.
Why is this? It turns out that after eating toxic fruits, they will peck at the dirt on the rock wall in order to neutralize the toxicity, and the dirt contains special minerals that make them impervious to toxicity.
For today's drawing tutorial, let's follow the step-by-step instructions and try to draw a beautiful macaw. It is resting on a bare branch, looking around warily.
Guys have you ever met a parrot or had one? Is it true that they can learn to speak human language? If you like this amazing and beautiful bird, try to draw it!
