The vast ocean contains everything, and the ocean known to mankind is only a tiny part of it, so what mysterious creatures will there be in the unknown ocean? Will there be mermaids?
Mermaids are no strangers to us all. From the Little Mermaid in Hans Christian Andersen's fairy tale, who sacrificed her tail and even her life for love, to the inhabitants of the sea in the Thousand and One Nights, the story of mermaids has always been passed down.
The legend of the mermaid can be traced back to the ancient Assyrian kingdom, where the goddess Atargatis, out of remorse for killing her lover, leapt into the water and turned into a fish.
However, in the reality of nature, in the deep blue and vast ocean, is there really a beautiful mermaid? What do you think?
In this drawing tutorial today, we are going to learn how to draw a mermaid princess. She has a dolphin in her arms, which seems to be her best friend, always bringing her interesting stories beyond the sea.
We will start by drawing the head and arms of this beautiful mermaid princess, then we will draw that dolphin and finish with the mermaid princess's tail. You can also add shells, seaweed and some bubbles on the side.
