How to Draw a Snowball Fight Step by Step

Step 1 Draw a warm hat.

When drawing this winter hat, we need to draw a furry effect, which will make it look extra warm so that it will keep this snowman warm.

Let's start by drawing some jagged lines so that we get a round pom pom that looks like the back of a hedgehog.

From this pom pom, draw a short line to the bottom left and a short line to the bottom right. Then draw the brim of this warm hat at the bottom of these two lines.

Step 2 Draw a snowman's head and scarf.

Add a couple short lines and a couple dots to that hat. Then draw the outline of this snowman's head at its base, including an ear.

Add eyes, eyebrows, a nose and a smile to this snowman's face. It's very easy to complete this snowman's face by just drawing some short lines!

Draw a scarf for this snowman at the base of the head. Start by drawing two lines from left to right. Then draw two wavy lines and connect their left ends with a jagged line.

Step 3 Draw the body and arms of the snowman.

In this step, we first draw the right arm of this snowman, then the body, and finally come to finish the one on the left.

Draw two curves from the bottom of the head towards the bottom right to get an arm. Then draw a glove at the bottom of this arm.

Draw a nearly circular body and add some short lines to the body. Then draw the other arm of this snowman on the left side of the body.

Step 4 Draw the snowman's legs.

Draw two short legs for this snowman. Draw four short lines at the bottom of the body to get the legs first, then draw a shoe at the bottom of each leg.

Draw a horizontal line at the bottom of the shoes for the ground. Then to the right of this snowman's head, draw two long curves from top to bottom and add three short lines.

We're going to draw little circles in the air next to this snowman. These are the snow that spilled when he threw the snowball.

Step 5 Draw a puppy on the right.

To the right of this snowman already drawn, at about the same height, we are going to draw a cute puppy. It has its head up and is looking at the snowballs passing through the air.

This puppy has a long nose, as well as long ears, which makes his head look about as big as his body.

Let's draw this puppy in order from top to bottom. We don't need to draw its legs and draw the ground at the bottom of its body.

Step 6 Draw the head of another snowman.

To the right of that puppy, we are going to draw another cute snowman. He's been hit in the face with a snowball and has a pained expression, even his hat flew off.

Let's start by drawing a tall hat and underneath it the head of this snowman. This head is turned sideways and there is still snow on his face and then his nose is a carrot.

Next to this head we are going to draw some small circles as well. These are the snow that is flying in the air.

Step 7 Draw the body and arms of this snowman.

On the bottom left of that head, draw an oval, then another slightly larger shape like a small round loaf of bread at the bottom of that oval. This gives you the body of this snowman.

Draw four small circles as buttons on the body of this snowman. Then at the bottom of the body, draw the shadow of this snowman.

Draw an arm on each side of this snowman's body. His arms are made from branches, the one on the left looks longer.

Step 8 Draw a snowball and the skyline.

Above that puppy, draw an oval as a snowball. Draw two lines from the head of that snowman on the left to this snowball. Then draw two lines from this ball to the head of the snowman on the right.

Add details next to this snowball and those lines to make this snowball fight look more realistic.

Finally, in the distance, draw a long line from left to right to get the skyline. This snowball fight scene is done.

Step 9 Color it to complete this snowball fight scene.

When coloring this picture, we just need to focus on the hats, scarf, gloves and shoes of the two snowmen and the puppy.

You can choose any color you like, as long as you feel it is suitable for this drawing. Besides that, we can also draw the sky light blue.
