Everyone has two sets of teeth in their lifetime, milk teeth and permanent teeth. Humans have evolved and adapted to different diets and lifestyles that require the use of teeth to chew, tear and grind food.
Milk teeth are usually 20 in number and permanent teeth are usually 32. Milk teeth usually start to come in at around 6 months of age and are basically complete by the age of 3. Permanent teeth come in gradually when you become a teenager and stay with you for the rest of your life.
To protect our teeth, brushing should be done at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. Otherwise, your teeth are at risk of developing cavities.
Initial stages of tooth decay may form a tiny hole or depression in the surface of the tooth, and as it expands further, dark spots or pigmentation may appear on the surface of the tooth.
As a cavity progresses, the tooth may become sensitive and painful. As the decay continues to spread, it can also affect surrounding teeth, triggering infections in other teeth.
In today's drawing tutorial, we are going to learn how to draw a tooth. It has two cracks on its surface and band-aids on it, making it look a bit painful and sad. If you are interested in it, follow the instructions below and try it out!
