Sea turtles are reptiles that live in the ocean, but they rarely climb. A male sea turtle, for example, climbs only once in his life, when he hatches and crawls out to sea. The female sea turtle only climbs up the beach to lay her eggs during the breeding season.

In order to adapt to the sea "swimming" life, their limbs slowly evolved into paddle-shaped, become its swimming organs. Due to the difference in lifestyle, the original "claws" that may have been there are also slowly degraded and become a "decoration".

Although sea turtles may live in the sea all their lives, they do not breathe in the water like fish. They need to come to the surface of the water regularly to "change air", otherwise they will suffocate and die.
